Jonathan Hyman brings more than 25 years of appraisal, valuation, construction, and real estate experience to Dunes Realty Sales. A Conway native, Jonathan grew up working on his family’s farm, where he learned the value of hard work, responsibility, and perseverance—qualities that continue to shape the way he serves his clients today.

After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University, Jonathan built an extensive career in residential and commercial real estate appraisal throughout Horry, Georgetown, and Charleston counties. His experience includes homes, commercial and industrial properties, residential developments, land-acquisition projects, and new construction.

Jonathan is both a South Carolina Certified General Appraiser and a South Carolina Real Estate Associate with Dunes Realty Sales. He also holds an active South Carolina building code enforcement registration, giving him additional knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and local new-construction requirements.

This combination of experience gives Jonathan’s clients a valuable perspective that goes beyond surface-level property features.
